Prime Jet Celebrates 12 Year Anniversary and Rolls out New Core Values
On June 2, 2023, Prime Jet celebrated its 12th anniversary! In 2011, Cheryl Janke along with Andrew Gulsrud, Elizabeth McGraw, and Geno Haggan purchased Prime Jet. At that time, Prime Jet had one jet, 10 employees and was located in Scotttsdale (SDL). Today, Prime Jet has 17 jets, 130 employees and the main headquarters is in Colorado. Prime Jet has continued to grow and change in 2023; we implemented Shared Services between Prime Jet, ASI Charter and Peak Medevac, implemented a new scheduling system (FL3XX), added a non-Gulfstream aircraft for larger charters up to 30 people (ERJ 145), currently remodeling the Centennial office, and will roll out a new financial system (Acumatica) later this year. When we first operated Prime Jet version 2.0 back in 2011 we were focused on providing great service to our clients, doing things the right way, being transparent with everyone and doing it all as a team. The world and the aviation industry has changed a lot in 12 years. Prime Jet has adapted and changed as well. In order for Prime Jet to continue to be successful, grow, have the right team in place and provide great service to our clients, we have to continue to adapt to our world, our industry and our clients.
Our Revised Core Values
New company core values have been established to better reflect what is important to us today and how our company has evolved over the years. Our core values are the deeply ingrained principles that guide all of a company’s actions and serve as its cultural cornerstones. They can never be compromised, either for convenience or short-term economic gain.
These updated core values will be integrated into our everyday operations and will guide us in making the right decisions, inspire us to do our best work, and help us achieve our goals.
