Your Job is to give every customer (internal and external) an exceptionalexperience.

Summary of Position: The Client Services is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves managing communications, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate records to support client satisfaction and operational success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Coordinate client services, appointments, and follow-ups across departments.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Communicate service updates, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Assist in onboarding new clients and orienting them to available services.
Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Support client outreach efforts, including newsletters, surveys, and engagement campaigns.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support client service operations.

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or client management systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in client-facing roles preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional standing to complete filing or scanning tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.

Work Environment

This position performs its duties in an office environment with occasional travel to meetings, etc.
