Prime Jet is seeking an experienced Technical Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, scheduling, budgeting, and overall airworthiness of two assigned fleet aircraft. This leadership role ensures aircraft safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
  • Monitor aircraft status and maintenance planning.
  • Review and approve maintenance releases and logbook entries.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and inspections as needed.
  • Participate in an on-call maintenance rotation.

Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Experience in maintenance management and aircraft inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 or Part 121 operations.
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred or ability to obtain.

As Pilot-in-Command, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of each flight while delivering an exceptional experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command with ultimate responsibility for the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
  • Lead and mentor flight crew while fostering effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
  • Plan and execute flights, including weather, routing, fuel, and aircraft performance.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and oversee all phases of flight operations.
  • Communicate with air traffic control, ground personnel, and passengers.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Complete post-flight documentation and reports while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.

This leadership role combines hands-on inspection responsibilities with team management to keep our fleet safe, reliable, and mission-ready.

  • Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
  • Perform aircraft inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
  • Review and approve maintenance releases and logbook entries.

  • Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications
