Cherilee Frasier joined Prime Jet in 2018 and stepped into a leadership role, serving as Lead Cabin Host before becoming Director of In-Flight. In her role, she oversees the hiring, training, and development of Prime Jet’s Cabin Hosts, with a focus on consistency, safety, and thoughtful service.

She is committed to supporting a culture where hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail come together to create a high standard of care for clients and crew alike. Cherilee values mentoring others and works closely with her team to support growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Her love of travel and discovering new places has shaped her appreciation for service and inspires her approach to in-flight hospitality.

Cherilee has been married for over 30 years and is a proud mother of three and grandmother of one. She is grateful to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in business aviation.
